Vendors may propose food and beverage truck(s), trailer(s), cart(s) with any, or all of the following items: food, beverages, alcohol sales considered with proper licensing and permitting, frozen novelties, beach supplies, souvenirs, chair and umbrella rentals, water sport rentals, and horseback riding rentals. • Beach Pocket Park #3 – Parking Lot and Beachfront Located at 13315 Termini San Luis Pass Road – also known as 11 Mile Road Beach Access. Vendors may propose food and beverage truck(s), trailer(s), cart(s) with any, or all of the following items: food, beverages, alcohol sales considered with proper licensing and permitting frozen novelties, beach supplies, souvenirs, chair and umbrella rentals, water sport rentals, and horseback riding rentals. Requirements: This RFP does not commit the City of Galveston to award a contract. No other party, including any proposer, is intended to be granted any rights hereunder. Proposals which, in the sole discretion of the City of Galveston, do not meet minimum qualification requirements will not be reviewed. This RFP and the process it describes are proprietary to the City of Galveston and are for the sole and exclusive benefit of the City of Galveston. The proposer will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and care of all equipment provided by the City of Galveston and the replacement of equipment upon its failure.
