The main facility will involve the construction of a main building with the following key features: 1. Office Space: o 15 dedicated hard offices for managerial staff, with 4 offices specifically allocated for upper management. o Office space for up to 30 staff, with shared occupancy (2 individuals per office). 2. Shared Facilities: o A large conference room for meetings and gatherings. o A fully equipped kitchen and breakroom with a cooking stove and other necessary appliances. Training and Auditorium Spaces: o Four training rooms, each accommodating 40 individuals. o An auditorium designed to seat at least 150 attendees for larger events and presentations. 4.
