The scope of services required includes the provision of suitable bird(s) of prey to harass and deter seagulls, from using the site as a food source and place to congregate, along with the use of a variety of other deterrents to prevent the birds from becoming accustomed to any one method of harassment is expected. Other means may include dogs, pyrotechnics, whistles, and other deterrent devices that are effective adjuncts to the bird(s) of prey. Services will be performed during the months of June, July, August, September, and October, five days per week, with the option of extending service into November. Services shall be carried out daily, with hours determined to best deter seagulls from the site. This includes Monday through Friday and optional Saturdays as required by the operation
