The City of Sedona (the “City”) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified affordable housing developers with sufficient experience and capacity to build, finance, and manage Low-income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) affordable housing. The successful firm will construct new affordable multifamily housing on a property the City is acquiring, located at 2411 W. State Route 89A (the “Property”) in accordance with the included specifications, terms, and conditions of this Request for Proposal (RFP). This RFP is being released to identify experienced and eligible affordable housing developers wishing to develop, construct, and operate affordable multifamily rental housing (the Project”).
