The Town of North Attleborough seeks proposals from qualified organizations to lease space in the Town owned building located at 451 Elm Street, North Attleborough (the “Property”), for the purpose of operating a day care center. The space available for lease contains approximately 12,122 square feet and consists of portions of the first floor of the building (the “Building”) at the Property (as more specifically described below, the “Leased Area”). The Town of North Attleborough is seeking an organization to operate a day care center in the Leased Area. The proposed day care center must provide day care services on a non-discriminatory basis to children residing in the Town of North Attleborough and surrounding communities. The entity shall staff the facility with professional staff, which may be complemented by volunteer staff. Staff members and volunteers shall not be considered as employees of the Town of North Attleborough.
