The Department of Human Services (Department or State) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to acquire high-quality 1:1 Services for children placed in out-of-home care statewide (except youth placed by Baltimore City Department of Social Services or Anne Arundel County Department of Social Services). The 1:1 Services involve temporary supplemental supervision and support services for children/youth to ensure their safety and well-being and the safety and well-being of others in the placement setting. It is the State’s intention to obtain goods and services, as specified in this RFP, from a Contract between the selected Offerors and the State. The anticipated duration of the services to be provided under these Contracts is two (2) years, eight (8) months, with a one (1) two-year option renewal.
