The Narragansett Bay Commission (NBC) solicits Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms (Consultant) interested in providing professional electrical engineering services to perform a Study and Report Phase evaluation of all existing critical Division 16 Electrical equipment and facilities within the Field’s Point Wastewater Treatment Facility campus located at Two Ernest Street, Providence, RI. Upon completion of the Evaluation, recommended improvements may be implemented, as necessary, to ensure reliable and continuous operation of all critical primary electrical infrastructure at Field’s Point. If the NBC is satisfied with the selected Consultant’s completed Study and Report Phase evaluation services, the NBC may, at its discretion, elect to extend the Contract to provide further Planning as well as subsequent Detailed Design, Bidding, Construction, or Additional Engineering Services, including updates to or creation of an Operations and Maintenance Manuals or other related documents, and training.
