1.1 Introduction The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit feedback and insights from qualified contingent workforce and staffing firms regarding best practices, strategies, and potential improvements to the current processes used by the State of Iowa in attracting and engaging qualified contingent labor for temporary staffing opportunities within State government. This RFI aims to gather information that will help the State enhance its ability to efficiently source, select, and retain skilled contingent workers, ultimately ensuring that temporary staffing needs are met with highly qualified candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner. Information received from Respondents in response to this RFI will be used to determine if it is in the best interest of the State to award a contract to a qualified Respondent via Participating Addendum to an existing cooperative contract. The intended purpose of this RFI is to allow all interested Respondents to present statements of interest, qualifications and strategies for addressing the needs of the State in this area.
