Installation of 140 (estimated) 1.5” to 3.0” caliper trees as specified in Specifications including: - Coordinating planting of each specified tree for each site on the map and/or list provided, including marking for Dig Safe. - Procurement and delivery of each tree by the Contractor. - Receipt and inspection of tree by a Certified Arborist and return of any rejected tree for immediate replacement. - Installation of each tree shall include the tree, soil and amendments per tree, 20-gallon watering bag, mulch, tree stakes, arbor tie, all equipment, labor, and supervision per ANSI A300, Part 6. - 26 weekly waterings during the first growing season. (Ex. If planted in the spring then it’s the 2025 growing season. If planted in the Fall its 2026.) - 2-Year Warranty of each tree from the date of installation and for replacement of failed trees, excepting acts of vandalism, including all costs for installation.
