The Maricopa Association of Governments (“MAG”) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for the FY 2025 Title VI Program Update. The purpose of the project is to conduct a comprehensive review of best practices nationwide for Title VI program approaches, document MAG’s existing data and practices, and establish new protocols to be integrated into future planning and programming work. A framework also will be established for the Title VI and Environmental Justice Program document and Annual Goals and Accomplishments Report provided annually to the Arizona Department of Transportation. The project will be completed in a maximum of twelve (12) months from the date of the notice to proceed at a cost not to exceed $200,000.
