1.1 SCOPE A. The work of this section includes all labor, materials, equipment, tools and chemicals, necessary to rate, vibration test, inspect, clean, redevelop, re-inspect, disinfect, re-rate, pre and post videos, and return (3) Salem Street Wellfield SiLi Beads Filter packed municipal drinking water supply wells to target capacities. B. Any additional repair work to piping, valves, pipe columns, check valves, and/or motor may be authorized as part of this section. Said work shall be performed under a Change Order and shall be subject to the approval of the Owner. C. As part of the bid submittal, bidders shall include a comprehensive list of ongoing projects and projects completed within the past two years, including contact names and telephone numbers. Work and materials shall comply with applicable sections of latest revision of following standards: AWWA A-100 Water Wells, B-300 Hypochlorite, C654 Disinfection of Wells. D. Table 1 contains information of the wells. E. No town power shall be used, winning bidder will supply its own power
