• Complete installation of 2 Rotary Screw or Scroll Chillers. • Isolate supply and return water lines and disconnect from existing chiller • Isolate power supply and disconnect from existing chiller • Remove existing chillers • Installation of any new pipe fittings, filter cores, filter canisters and/or refrigerant necessary for complete installation. • Installation of insulation of water lines and connecting fittings. • Electrical disconnect of existing chiller and reconnect new ones • Include sound isolation/blankets for compressors • Must have WYE-Delta start for Screw Chillers • Removal of existing rotary screw chiller • Includes training for Rutherford County Schools Employees • Include Owner’s Manual and if different manual for troubleshooting it is to be included (USB Drive) • Include any software if needed • Factory Authorized Start-up. • Installation to be coordinated through the Rutherford County School Maintenance Department. • Installer to sign-in at the school office. • Cleanup of the school property every day is the bidder responsibility. RCS school dumpsters will not be available for vendors to use.
