Trained personnel using current, acceptable horticultural practices shall perform all landscape maintenance services under this contract. Vendor’s supervisor and staff must dress in a uniform with the company’s name and /or logo on it and follow all safety regulations. The vendor must have proper licenses with them while performing job duties, such as a pesticide license when they are spraying. Vendor shall enforce professional behavior and conduct while on site. Vendor Onsite Crew Foreman must always be present while crew is working onsite. Vendor Onsite Crew Foreman shall meet once a week with Onsite NCMA Representative and complete checklist onsite. Vendor Onsite Crew Foreman shall provide at every weekly meeting a detailed agenda/work plan, including maps, of the week’s proposed tasks to be completed. Vendor shall be on site two days per week. NCMA prefers that the grounds maintenance is done on Mondays while the museum is closed, and detail/clean-up work is done on Thursdays. Grounds maintenance includes butis not limited to mowing, fertilizing, weed control, insect and disease control, and aeration. Trees, Shrubs, and Ground Cover includes but is notlimited to fertilizing, mulching, weeding, trash removal and leaf removal.Sitespecific tasks area is also required. Museum staffwill designate / approve areas forstaging while on site.
