Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Data Collection - The proposer must document and demonstrate Proposer’s: a) Proficiency in database analytics and reporting; b) Proficiency in data mapping; c) Ability to transform the results of the analysis into clearly defined data regarding how the arts and culture impact the local economy; d) Ability to provide relevant, targeted and detailed analysis as to how the spending patterns impact the economy; e) Qualifications for providing similar analysis to comparable cities on economic impact studies relative to arts and culture; 2. Assessment and Report - The proposer must provide the results of the economic impact study in a written detailed report addressing the following (at a minimum): a) Visual arts – ceramics, drawing, painting sculpture; b) Performing arts; c) Arts education for children and adults; d) Motion picture and video good and services; e) Not-for profit arts and culture organizations; f) Live music;
