5. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 5.1 SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified: 5.1.1. Provide exterior and interior window tinting services at the worksite specified in Section 3, Location of Work as follows: 5.1.1.1 Services must be completed during the business hours of Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time each workday, unless otherwise directed by the Department. All work must be completed within 30 business days from issuance of the purchase. 5.1.1.2 Prep each window and door before furnishing and installing 3M Prestige exterior and interior window tint as follows: 5.1.1.2.1 Thoroughly clean each window and door. 5.1.1.2.2 Remove any adhesives or debris from each window and door. 5.1.1.3 Furnish and install 3M Prestige exterior and interior window tint as follows: 5.1.1.3.1 Provide window tinting for the following windows and doors for Building 400. Ensure the window tinting applied is clean, sharp, and straight. 5.1.1.3.1.1 Westside 33 windows 5.1.1.3.1.2 Westside 2 doors 5.1.1.3.1.3 Eastside 18 windows 5.1.1.3.1.4 Southside 116 windows 5.1.1.3.1.5 Southside 5 doors 5.1.1.3.1.6 Northside 115 windows 5.1.1.3.1.7 Northside 5 doors 5.1.1.3.2 Provide tinting for the following windows and doors for Building 600. Ensure the window tinting applied is clean, sharp, and straight. 5.1.1.3.2.1 Westside 29 windows 5.1.1.3.2.2 Westside 2 doors 5.1.1.3.2.3 Eastside 32 windows 5.1.1.3.2.4 Southside 118 windows 5.1.1.3.2.5 Southside 5 doors 5.1.1.3.2.6 Northside 118 windows 5.1.1.3.2.7 Northside 5 doors 5.1.1.4 Notify the Clay County Health Department Building Facilities Manager of any window tint issue(s) within one business day of discovery of the window tint issue(s) during business days and times (Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time). 5.1.1.5 Maintain a clean work environment throughout the project’s duration. 5.1.1.6 Each day, dispose of any debris related the provision of window tinting at the provided onsite dumpster. 5.1.1.7 Provide all labor materials and equipment needed to provide window tinting services.
