The Scope of Work includes the removal of leaves, dirt, debris, sand, gravel, and cinders, etc. from the gutter lines (within four feet edge of pavement) of all curb-lined streets. Total centerline length of streets to be swept is approximately forty-two miles. Parking lots at City Hall, Public Safety Building, Street Department Garage, Sugar Creek Park, Pioneer Park, and the Lodge shall also be completely swept. The entire City will be swept three times this year: April, July, and October. B.
