The scope of work includes preparing and painting identified light poles according to the paint specifications, repairing or fabricating new light pole access covers and bases to match the existing style, and reworking brick pavers or resetting designated handholes to align with adjacent grades. All quantities and locations must be field verified. Paint colors shall match the existing colors, as verified by submittal samples or an existing color specification. Cover plates and bases for light poles shall be fabricated offsite. The selected vendor is responsible for traffic control, pedestrian and jobsite safety, daily cleanup of construction materials, and compliance with all local and federal environmental cleanup and disposal regulations. All parking lot lighting work must be performed during off-hours, with 48-hour notice required for any off-hours work. If electrical work is needed, it must be carried out by a licensed electrical contractor. All onsite workers must comply with DOA identification and access badging policies.
