The work consists of pavement removal, HMA surface removal, combination curb and gutter removal, Class “D” pavement patching, sidewalk removal, median removal, installation of temporary traffic signals, removal of traffic signal equipment, traffic signal modernization, traffic signal interconnection, lighting improvements, drainage improvements, placement of HMA surface and HMA binder courses, structure adjustments, ADA improvements, pavement widening to add separate eastbound and westbound right turn lanes, removal and replacement of PCC and HMA commercial driveways, water main rehabilitation, storm sewer, pavement markings and reflective pavement markers, sodding and landscape restoration, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project shown on the plans and described in the special provisions herein.
