General Civil Engineering, Planning, Boundary and Topographic Survey Services Provide assessments of existing conditions, concepts and designs for development projects, and alternative solutions when site conditions are infeasible. Provide recommendations regarding roadway improvements, re-routing, replacement including sidewalks and streetscapes. Traffic engineering in support of roadway improvements Other miscellaneous infrastructure planning, engineering, and improvement design Architectural and Structural Design, Programming Services Analysis of building and structure demolition, reuse assessments, and feasibility; prepare building and structure demolition plans, specifications, cost estimates and permit requirements. Electrical Engineering and Design Experience in primary, secondary, and service lines and electrical systems in support of both residential developments and large commercial/industrial projects and experience in engineering inspections and proposed maintenance for same. Demonstrate experience with electrical engineering design and inspection of high voltage transmission electrical systems. Provide design plans and specifications, cost estimates and permit requirements for electrical systems improvements, revisions, or repairs. Direct experience, in-house or as a consultant, working with First Energy/JCP&L for electrical system projects and developer buildout. Provide analysis, recommendations and implementation plans for decommissioning electrical substations, primary and secondary distribution, building electrical systems, and components. Experience regarding the integration of solar systems into an electrical distribution system to offset electrical load requirements and potential sell back of net electric produced. Ability to perform electrical load study and load analysis per National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines.
