OSU is seeking premanufactured off-the-shelf oil/gas produced water treatment equipment that meets the following specifications: Feed stream - Oil/gas produced water - The equipment must be able to treat oil/gas produced water, directly from the well. Flow Rate - 250 kg/hr - The equipment must meet treatment target of at least 250 kg/hr of produced water. Water Recovery - 80% - The equipment must recover at least 80% of the inlet water mass in clean water. Clean water quality - Irrigation grade - 99.9% clean water, local standards for irrigation water quality. Water cost - Below $0.70/bbl - The levelized cost of treated water must meet a cost target of no more than $0.70/barrel of clean water, including CapEx, OpEx, and all other costs over the life of the plant...
