The Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) is issuing this CATS+ TORFP on behalf of the State Highway Administration, Office of Information Technology (SHA OIT or the “Department”) to obtain Technology Planners/Enterprise Architects and Subject Matter Experts. This team will provide foundational enterprise level support and guidance to achieve optimal levels of data and system availability, security, and reliability of SHA’s IT resources. Additionally, the team will provide governance support, business intelligence support, innovative IT solutions, and assist in the adherence to industry best practices and standards. Initiative and platforms may include, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Integrations, Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Microsoft Power Platform, ESRI GIS, .Net, system migrations, Salesforce, Business Intelligence, and Qlik.
