Menard Correctional Center is seeking bids for a complete air conditioner replacement system for the Employee Kitchen building. All bids submitted should include material and labor for a complete R-410A roof top unit air conditioning system that includes four roof top unit air conditioners as well as freon and any other associated items to comprise a complete system. Current system is comprised of four R-22 roof top condensing units. Bid is to include disposal of the four existing condenser units. Bids is also to include disconnect and reconnection of all existing duct work, drains, electrical, curb adapters, new electrical whip and disconnect, hail guards, and economizers. SUPPLIES AND/OR SERVICES REQUIRED: Replace complete roof top air conditioner system for the Employee Kitchen. Materials and labor for a complete R-410A air conditioning system that includes four roof top condenser units. System is to include freon and any other associated items to comprise a complete and functioning system. Current system is comprised of four Carrier R-22 roof top units, model number 50TFF007-511. Disposal of the four existing roof top units. Disconnect and reconnect of drains and electrical. New equipment must fit existing curb adapters. Provide and install new electrical whip and disconnect. Disconnect and reconnect or replace low voltage wiring as necessary.
