The intent of this eRFP is to contract for various types of vehicle leasing services, i.e. open and closed-end leasing services with optional maintenance, available under any resultant contract pursuant to this eRFP, for Internal Combustion Engine (ICE), Alternatively Fueled, Electric and Hybrid Electric vehicles. The vehicles are to be new, current year Class 1-6 vehicles as defined by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) Class Identification (Attachment P), a maximum of 2 axles, a maximum of 6 tires with dual rear tires, single unit, and contain standard equipment features and pricing as identified in new vehicle pricing guides such as National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) and New Car Cost Guide (Black Book). Supplier(s) shall not attach any dealer identification, advertising or similar material to vehicles.
