To furnish and deliver all materials and to perform all work in accordance with the Contract, the Plans and the approved Department of Transportation "Standard Specifications for Construction, 2020 Edition” (using English units)", on file in the office of the Hennepin County Transportation Department, except as specifically stated otherwise in the Special Provisions attached hereto for the improvement of a certain section of County State Aid Highway (CSAH) No. 16, County Project No. 2210407, on which proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 14, 2025; this work being located between CSAH 101 and CSAH 5 within the City of Minnetonka, being approximately 2.43 miles in length, all as indicated in the approved plans.
