This Contract, together with all attachments, addenda, and exhibits, the IFB, and the Bid (including all modifications, but not including any legal terms and conditions) constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements, whether written or oral between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, whether express or implied and shall bind the parties unless the same be in writing and signed by the parties. The parties further understand and agree that the other party and its agents have made no representations or promises with respect to this Contract, except as in this Contract expressly set forth. In the event of conflict among any of the terms and conditions set forth in any of the preceding documents, the terms and conditions of such documents shall govern in the following order of precedence: (1) this Contract, (2) and the BID, (including all modifications, but not including any legal terms and conditions). Contractor agrees to be bound by any warranties and representations made by Contractor in the Proposal and shall notify CSN immediately if there are any material changes to the warranties and representations set forth by Contractor in its Proposal, as applicable
