The work includes the furnishing of all labor, material and equipment necessary or required to complete all work set forth in these specifications and shown on the Plans. The major estimated items of work include: surface preparation and repainting of the interior wet surfaces; surface preparation and repainting of interior dry surfaces; surface preparation and repainting of exterior surfaces; installation of Class 2A containment, perform foundation repairs; install roof rails; remove and replace roof vacuum vent; install new insect screens; remove and relocate coaxial cables, cellular antennas and SCADA antennas; install new antenna corral; and perform any additional work outlined in Section 1000 (Summary of Work) of these specifications.
