1. Provide an overall project schedule that includes anticipated duration dates, resources, dependencies, and milestones for each project phase and task. 2. Provide a summary of deliverables required in this solicitation, and any additional deliverables the respondent plans to execute using Table 1 format below. The summary should include a description of key deliverable/milestone and estimated dates to be completed. 3. Perform an initial proficiency assessment of student reading ability. 4. Prescribe lessons and interventions based on student performance; 5. provide instructional intervention in all five of the essential components of reading: phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension; 6. Include content that is multicultural, accurate, current, and free of bias; 7. Align with instructional strategies for students with dyslexia through the use of an Orton-Gillingham or phonics-based approach to teaching reading; 8. Monitor student performance and provide feedback to the students; 9. Periodically measure students’ Lexile scores and provide level-appropriate passages; and vary learning strategies and methods to address students’ varying learning styles. 10. Maintain at least a ninety-nine percent (99%) system up-time.
