Minnesota State is requesting proposals from respondents to provide a gender-based violence prevention education training solution systemwide (for all 33 Minnesota State colleges and universities) as well as an associated completion-management system that will be used to facilitate, manage, share data, and communicate compliance among Title IX administrators, campus administrators, and students required to complete the training. Minnesota State prefers to hire a vendor to provide a solution that is already fully developed and used by an existing, higher educational client base, but can be customized to meet our specific needs. We need a system that can integrate with existing systemwide learning technologies which may include but is not limited to D2L Brightspace (Learning Management System), Integrated Statewide Records System (student data), and Workday.
