The City is seeking proposals from contractors to provide improvements to the Lighthouse Point Tennis Center as follows: • Demolition of the existing seven clay tennis courts, the existing fence surrounding them, and all other site features, such as sidewalks, that conflict with the proposed design. • Construction of seven new clay tennis courts, nearly 43,000 SF total. These courts shall be built over the existing ones and elevated, supported by a curb along its edges. • Construction of a new galvanized chain link fence surrounding the proposed clay tennis courts. • Construction of a subsurface irrigation system that will service the proposed clay tennis courts. • Construction of new sidewalks and concrete pads • Removal of the old stormwater management system and installation of a new one.
