• Recover refrigerant from the existing Trane chiller. • Remove and dispose of existing Trane chiller. • Provide and install one (1) new CGAM Trane Chiller, or approved equal, matching the existing one as close as possible. • Connect the new chiller to existing CW Piping Loop and modify as needed. • Reuse existing electrical disconnect and power to hook up to new chiller, if possible. If not possible, notate and include price for replacement. • Reuse existing control wire to hook up new chiller, if possible. If not possible, notate and include price for replacement. • Provide the necessary cranes, rigging, installation equipment, supplies and materials. • Start up and test operation at install and return after 6 months of operation. • Warranty paperwork to be completed and submitted by awarded vendor/contractor on behalf of the college. All paperwork to be copied to the college for recordkeeping.
