The proposed Wolfe Street/County Highway MM (CTH MM) project is approximately 2,220 LF extending from Janesville Street (north) to Pleasant Oak Drive (south) in the Village of Oregon, Wisconsin. The project will include a full street reconstruction and conversion to a two-lane local street urban cross section with curb and gutter. Center turn lanes may be included if needed. The Village’s standard local street cross-section is shown in Detail 19.0 of the Village of Oregon’s Construction Standards (attached). This cross-section may be used as a guide, but final design of the cross-section shall be based on technical recommendations from the Consultant. Additional road work will include intersection improvements at CTH MM and Pleasant Oak Drive by adding a roundabout or traffic signals, and adding a turn lane(s) if needed; sidewalk extension on the west side of CTH MM between Concord Drive and Pleasant Oak Drive; and installation of a multi-use path on the east side of CTH MM between the existing end of sidewalk near Elliott Lane and Pleasant Oak Drive. Underground utility work will include the extension of water main and sanitary sewer facilities and improvements to current storm sewer facilities (including catchbasins, pipes, swales, and additional stormwater facilities as needed). 4.
