Specifications include, but are not limited to: Huntington School District is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) under the provisions of ORS 279B.060 for Student Transportation Services for Four Rivers Community School, a public charter school located in Ontario, OR. The Huntington School District is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide student transportation services including home-to-school, shuttle services, extended school year programs, field trips, club, and athletic trips for Four Rivers Community School. Proposer shall keep all equipment used for the transportation of students in strict accordance with the State of Oregon and federal standards and specifications for school buses. Such equipment shall be maintained in safe and good mechanical order at all times so as to pass the State School Bus Inspection. Such buses and vehicles shall also be kept in a clean and sanitary condition and free from body damage including minor dents and paint scrapes of a cosmetic nature.
