Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Roseville is requesting proposals for the construction of the following Project: John Rose Minnesota OVAL – Scoreboard Replacement. The City is seeking proposals for boards with both a 16:9 (single 16:9 viewing zone) aspect ratio and/or 32:9 (double 16:9 viewing zones), with the capability to display 2 independent external video signals simultaneously, side-by-side, with each side having a 16x9 aspect ratio to fill a double-wide board, edge-to-edge, with minimal distortion. Complete installation to include: • Removal & disposal of existing video board; • Installation of new video board; • Electrical power, optical fiber, control wiring, etc.; • Permits and fees (typically waived by the City); • Required inspections; • A ready-to-go “turnkey” system ;
