1. PURPOSE University is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide executive search services. These services will include, but are not limited to, searches for positions such as president, vice president, provost, deans, and directors. The university reserves the right to make multiple award under this request, selecting more than one firm based on their expertise, experience, and ability to handle different types of executive searches. Firms may be awarded contracts for specific positions or types of searches, depending on their qualifications and the university’s needs at the time. The Offeror shall provide the following services: 1. Major Objectives: • Full assessment of required NMHU data to identify key attributes for each targeted student segment using AI and data analytics. • Identification of “right-fit, high intent” prospective student audiences, both traditional and non-traditional. • Creation of responsive, personalized, and innovative campaigns to be delivered along traditional and emerging channels. • The services also include solutions to increase applications through predictive modeling of student likelihood to apply, as well as strategies to improve FAFSA completion by identifying students most likely to submit their applications. • To help shape the incoming class, feature simulations of admissions decisions and analysis of factors impacting yield, alongside optimization of appeals management and melt mitigation strategies. • The services need to support increased retention by using predictive analytics to identify at-risk students and recommend interventions to enhance persistence. 2. Student Support and Communications: • Must leverage multiple digital channels and deliver an experience personalized to prospective student and their parents using in house and on-demand variable print, personal microsites, targeted digital ads, landing pages, inquiry forms, scholarship calculators, data driven checklists, fast application, emails, and text messages. • Respond to inquiries from prospective students in a timely manner. 3. Reporting and Optimization: • Geomarket analysis to optimize marketing efforts, targeted name buy strategies based on academic fit, and recruiter travel planning that prioritizes visits to the most promising high schools. • Improved communication strategies for events, identifying the best-fit students for each event and assessing their impact on overall enrollment. • Provide services to improve operational efficiencies, support data-informed decisionmaking, and ensure New Mexico Highlands University meet their enrollment and retention goals.
