1. Work will be issued on an as-needed basis with no guarantees as to the amount of work that will be involved. 2. The contractor should anticipate approximately 100 water leak repairs, approximately 20 fire hydrant repairs, and 3 automatic water quality flusher installations. 3. The contractors shall be available for repair assistance within two weeks or less of the contract being executed. 4. The project includes water main leak repairs, fire hydrant installations and repairs, services line repairs and/or renewals, and automatic water flushers for water quality. 5. The City shall provide a daily list of address for work and all materials needed to complete the work tasks. 6. Utility locates for the proposed work site shall be handled by the contractor. 7. The contract for the work performed shall run from February 2025 through April 2025. If rates are agreeable to both parties, it could be possible to renew and/or extend the contract. 8. The contractor shall be responsible for continuous work with minimal interruptions until the project is completed. 9. Contractor shall provide hourly personnel rates for a crew supervisor and utility worker(s). 10. Equipment rates should be provided for pickup trucks, dump trucks, backhoes, excavators, pumps, and etc. 11. Supervisors must be experienced in the business of utility infrastructure repair and installation. 12. All equipment shall be in good and safe operating condition and maintained by the contractor. 13. All personnel; shall be adequately trained according to their classification, and documentation must be provided upon request to verify training. 14. The contractor shall have an active safety program and shall provide all required PPE, traffic control, signage, flagmen, and etc.
