SCOPE: All work is to be done during normal work hours. All paint directions will be followed. No water will be available at the site. Any damage to landscaping will be at Contractor’s expense. At the time of award, the contractor will meet with the County representative for color selections. The Contractor will perform the following for each area of the project: a. Concession Building and Restroom: i. Buildings will be painted back as is now including stencil painting. ii. Patch and repair the outside walls using ACT Epoxy Repair Paste, use in restrooms to repair corners at ceiling. iii. County will determine number of patch places during pre-bid. iv. Power wash building exteriors. v. Loxon Concrete and Masonry Primer to be used on all bare concrete and patches. vi. Two (2) coats of base color –Sherwin Williams A 100 Satin. vii. Two (2) coats of stencil color matching original design—Sherwin Williams A 100 Satin. On bright colors use Sherwin Williams Latitude Satin Accent Bases. viii. Two (2) coats on overhang, split face block, and aluminum flashing—Sherwin Williams A 100 Satin. ix. Paint man door—Sherwin Williams DTM Acrylic Coating. Sherwin Williams Pro Industrial Pro-Cryl Primer will be used on metal as needed x. Metal Letters—Full prime with Sherwin Williams Pro-Cryl Primer and two (2) coats of DTM Acrylic—TBD based on final color selection b. Restroom Exterior: i. Power wash all surfaces to be painted. ii. Remove any peeling paint with Loxon Masonry Primer. iii. Two (2) coats on overhang – Sherwin Williams A 100 Satin. iv. Two (2) coats on walls – Sherwin Williams A 100 Satin. v. Two (2) coats on roof – Sherwin Williams A 100 Satin. vi. Paint four-man doors – Sherwin Williams DTM Acrylic Coating. Sherwin Williams Pro Industrial Pro-Cryl Primer will be used on metal as needed c. Restroom Interior: i. Thoroughly clean and sand all walls and ceilings. Patch all cracks in masonry with ATC Epoxy Repair Patch. ii. Two (2) Coats on walls and ceilings—Sherwin Williams 2 component Water Based Epoxy
