Provide all necessary labor and materials to complete the following work during normal business hours as indicated within this scope and specification. Permit fees will be waived by the Village. The village is tax exempt and will furnish the awarded contractor with the exemption tax letter for the purchase of project materials. GENERAL NOTES 1. Painting to include all interior walls, ceilings, doors, baseboards, and all wood trim using the paint and color specified elsewhere in this specification. 2. All faucets, vanities, countertops, tile, lighting, and other materials are based on available Home Depot products as marked. Any product substitutions must be approved by owner before purchase. EXECUTION 1. Installation a. Install listed fixtures and materials according to manufacturer's written instructions. 2. Electrical Connections a. Refer to Division 16 Sections of CSI Master Format for wiring devices, wires and cables, and electrical installation requirements. All Installations to be performed to NEC standards, by a licensed electrician. 3. Cleaning a. Clean finishes to remove dust and dirt. b. Touch up scratches in finished surfaces to restore finish. 4. Specifications a. Provide all cut sheets on materials to Owner 5. Final payment request to be made to Village when work is completed to the Village’s satisfaction and all work passes code inspection. All payment requests must be accompanied by certified payroll.
