The Town of Yarmouth is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the following: Beach Concession Services. On behalf of the Town of Yarmouth, the Public Works Department is soliciting responses from qualified vendors to operate concession stands at three locations. Bass River Beach, and/or Parkers River Beach, and/or Seagull Beach. lnterested vendors may bid on one, two or all three locations. Bids will be accepted for single or multiple locations. Multiple contracts may be issued. Vendors will run concession stand or stands, selling food and beverage during the summer of 2025 with an option to renew for one year two times. See section 3.3. The Work performed under this contract includes but is not limited to: Running the concession stand, stocking with food, cooking, preparing and selling food and beverages to guests at the beaches, specific requirements are included in Exhibit I and Exhibit 2.
