Components of the Proposer’s work as an ABA/BCBA service include, but are not limited to: 1. School year calendar begins July 1st and ends June 30th of the corresponding contract year. 2. District currently has sixteen (17) complex learner cohort classrooms across eleven (11) school buildings. 3. Staff is needed for 127 hours per week. These hours are to be split between our 17 CLC programs. Number of fulltime equivalent (FTE) BCBA’s would depend on the vendors ability to cover all requirements. 4. Administrative Consultation – Up to 108 hours equally distributed across 12 months (up to 9 hours per month). 5. Evaluation of student performance data collection (Functional Behavioral Assessment’s - FBA’s) and Behavioral Intervention Plans - BIP’s,) and written reports of student progress. 6. Review psychological, educational evaluations of students. 7. Comprehensive evaluation of students with disabilities to identify appropriate behavioral health and neuro-developmental services and other programming / needs. 8. Develop recommendations based on evaluation findings. 9. Implementation of behavioral health and neuro-developmental services and other appropriate educational & special programs in school environments and communication with home base program providers if appropriate. 10. Staff and parent training (as assigned by the Executive Director of Special Education & Special Programs. Professional development as determined by the District for staff (at no additional expense to the District.) 11. Consultation for students and teams with neuro-developmental & behavioral disorders programming to identify strategies/tools to promote student growth & success. 12. Ongoing direct behavioral support for students for whom such services deemed appropriate by the Planning and Placement Team (PPT) process. 13. Review/recommend appropriate Individualized Education Program (IEP) services and consult with teams on developing and implementing goals & objectives. 14. Any communication with parents must include District staff. 15. Attendance at team meetings and PPT’s as assigned by the Program Directors of Special Education or Executive Director of Special Education & Special Programs. 16. Train all Fairfield Public School para-educators and Educational Trainers in complex learner cohort classes in the implementation of individual student instructional programs and data collection procedures. 17. Completion of all School Health Based Billing procedures, if applicable. (evaluations and direct student services)
