.2. Specifications The Supplier shall provide 1 Trailer mounted dewatering system with required 15' high conveyor, variable frequency drives (VFDs), polymer blending and injection, and control system. The dewatering system shall be designed for continuous 365 day per year, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week operation. The dewatering system must be capable of processing 2% at a minimum 200gpm and produce a minimum 15% cake. The Supplier is responsible for training, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs as required for running the system for 3 months. The Supplier shall provide a representative to inspect the shipment as detailed in attached Specifications. Training shall be provided to two (2) separate shifts of operations personnel, with each shift comprising between at least two (2) individuals. The Owner will provide the polymer required for daily operation. The Owner will utilize trained operators to operate the system according to a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and training, both provided by the Supplier. The Owner will be responsible for any maintenance/callout fees associated with issues arising from improper use or handling of the system as detailed in the SOP and O&M Manuals. The Supplier shall make provision for providing the following submittals prior to shipment of the system: 1. General drawings of the dewatering system skid 2. Drawings and capacities of the pumps and motors 3. Conveyor details 4. General installation requirements 5. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
