The State Fiscal Accountability Authority (SFAA), Office of State Procurement, on the behalf of the SC Department of Agriculture, is soliciting from qualified vendors proposals to provide an eCommerce site for the sale of branded apparel and promotional items. The contractor to design, build, and manage a website that facilitates the sale of Certified SC branded promotional items and apparel to the general public and the sale of merchandising point of sale materials to members of the Certified South Carolina program. Additionally, the contractor will manage the storage, fulfillment, production, and embroidery of all website orders. The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire services complying with the enclosed description and/or specifications and conditions.
