Remove existing shingles and underlayment on all buildings, including picnic pavilions, maintenance buildings, and rest area buildings. Check for damage and/or rotted plywood/decking. Include as part of the bid a minimum of 4 (four) 4’x8’ plywood decking replacements for each building. Any additional needed replacements shall be at the unit price of $125.00 per sheet (as described above including installation). Re-nail entire existing decking using 8D Ring Shank Nails every 6” on field and 4” at the eaves and rakes. Install new 30 lb. Synthetic underlayment Install new starter strips at eaves for stronger bond Install new 30-year Architectural Shingles (owners’ choice of color) Install new hip, and ridge cap shingles Replace/add ridge vents per code Install new plumbing pipe boots Any/all incidentals not specifically mentioned to remove/replace existing shingle roof to industry standards and building codes.
