9 Qualified General Contractors interested in bidding on the project shall have been in business for a 10 minimum of ten (10) years, successfully completed a minimum of three (3) similar renovation and 11 preferably performed other types of education/school related construction projects. A list of all similar 12 renovation and modification projects along with all other projects completed or currently under 13 construction under the firm name during the last five (5) years shall be provided at the Pre-Bid 14 Conference to justify qualifications. Such list shall contain as a minimum the architect, owner, project 15 name, building type, project type, building size, total project costs, change order costs, notice- to-proceed 16 date and substantial completion date.
