The proposed undergrounding is located on Nohl Ranch Rd from Rural Ridge to Anaheim Hills Rd; Walnut Canyon Rd from Paseo Cumbre, through Periphery Rd., to Lake Summit Dr.; and at various roads in the Mohler Dr. and Country Hills Rd neighborhoods. The work involves undergrounding of 12 kV distribution and telecommunication systems, street light installation, service conversions, overhead removal including wood and ductile iron poles, and pavement restoration. This project is not covered “Project Work” as defined in the Second Amended and Restated Community Workforce Agreement (CWA). Electric utility work on high voltage utility equipment and other special utility construction work are specifically exempt and excluded from the scope of the CWA.
