The City of Flagstaff (“City”) is seeking SOQs from Professional Non-Profit Indigenous Organizations (“Community Partner”) with demonstrated expertise and experience to provide development, planning, and management services (“Services”) in collaboration with the City to identify funding for and develop a plan for construction and management of the City’s Indigenous Community Cultural Center. The Community Partner must be a non-profit organization, demonstrate experience in fundraising, be experienced in working with the Indigenous nations of Northern Arizona and regionally, be able to collaborate with the City to develop the future ICCC, and eventually occupy and provide all programming at the ICCC. The City encourages both new and experienced nonprofits to submit a SOQ. The Community Partner is to provide a SOQ on the type of programming that would be offered at the future ICCC.
