This project is part of the Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP). The proposed construction consists of a the repair and/or replacement of sanitary and storm structures, and pipes; installation of new storm structures and pipes; repair and/or replacement of water system components; installation of new water main valves; spot repair and/or replacement of curb and gutter; repair and/or replacement of sidewalks and driveways; installation of new sidewalks and/or relocation of sidewalks; base patching; full pavement replacement; asphalt overlay only; storm sewer structures repairs; storm sewer pipe spot repairs; sanitary sewer structure repairs; sanitary sewer spot repairs; water main structure repairs including but not limited to: remove and replace valve, remove and replace valve box, remove and replace valve and valve box, remove and replace valve box top section and lid, remove vault and replace with valve box and lid, remove and replace hydrant assembly, install new valve and valve box, remove existing valve and hydrant lead, expose and repair existing valve; replacement of concrete pavement; the resurfacing and/or replacement of roadway pavements; within and around the Pine Ridge, Woodside Ridge, Majestic Heights, Coldwater Creek, Ridgeview, and Braddock Place Subdivisions, including Water Tower Court, Woodside Road, and Richmond Road. Major work items and approximate quantities for which bids are requested include 161,877 square yards of mill and overlay, 16,084 square yards of base patching, 567 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 4,292 lineal feet of concrete curb and gutter and miscellaneous utility repair.
