Contractor will provide resources and services to assist the County in the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of its public transit service. Contractor will hire, train, and manage all drivers, dispatchers, maintenance personnel, utility personnel and other support staff as needed to fulfill contractual obligations. Contractor will provide personnel, a local vehicle maintenance facility, vehicle maintenance equipment, dispatch office, workstations for office personnel and two-way radio communication devices. Contractor will assist the County with transit planning activities. This contract is funded in part by federal and state grants. Therefore, the selected Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
