This Scope of Work shall consist of all design services necessary to initiate the Phase II Engineering process with IDOT and bring the project to State letting by March 2026. Tasks shall include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Project coordination with Village and IDOT staff. 2. Phase I environmental clearance updates as needed. 3. Topographic survey in State Plan Coordinates and delivery to the Village of AutoCAD and ArcGIS files. 4. Manhole inspections with Village staff assistance. 5. Geotechnical investigation. 6. Preparation of Engineering Plans (1”=20’), specifications, and estimates, with submittals at intervals to meet IDOT requirements. 7. Prepare, submit, and address comments on IDOT, Cook County, and all applicable agency permits. 8. Obtain CCDD testing and reporting. 9. Prepare for and staff one public information meeting. 10. Preparation and coordination of project reporting (“PPI”) forms and IDOT Construction Agreements with Northwest Municipal Conference (“NWMC”) staff. 11. Preparation of NWMC quarterly reports. 12. Preparation and coordination of responses during the State Letting process. 13. Any other items required by IDOT policy or procedures for federally-funded construction
