Specifications include, but are not limited to: Hazardous materials response to highway emergencies involving a variety of cargo tankers present significant challenges to emergency response personnel. The ability to safely train for these emergency utilizing props representative to the conditions that the responders will encounter in the field is crucial for the safe response and mitigation of hazards to life and the environment that these incident present. The training trailers being procured are custom designed and built with the actual industry specific appliances in the configuration that responders will encounter on the scene of an emergency. In addition the customized props on the trailer are able to be rolled off the trailer on a rail system so that the large cargo tank can be positioned in various configuration, such as rolled on its side, for training in positions that will encounter during emergency response.
