1. New Equipment Installation a. (1) 10,000 Gallon DW 2085 Fireguard tank (1) 5,000 Gallon DW 2085 Fireguard tank (see Bidding Schedule for tank specifications and required ancillary tank top equipment) b. (2) Fuel Dispensers Single product dual hose. Please include hose retractors/ pulse output and all related hanging hardware. c. (2) Fuel Level monitors – Cellular, battery, or solar powered and report to the Cloud daily. d. Fuel-Management system- Must have a card reader and Key-Fob reader with Cellular communication and cloud-based integration. e. Fuel Island Canopy Generic 2 column 24’x30’ white decking 36” facia includes (4) LED Light fixtures. 2. Installation of Tanks and Tank Pad Construction a. Grade-Form-Pour tank Pad 30’ X ‘30’ X 8” Tank pad with 4,000 P.S.I. Fiber reinforced concrete. Tank placement on tank pad must allow 3” between each tank 3” between tank and bollards. Bollard spacing must be in accordance with industry standard. Tank pad length determined off longest tank of 17’8” with an additional 4’ on the end closest to canopy for the installation of a transition sump. The placement of the tank remote fill boxes is to be determined to allow transport trucks to access them during deliveries and not interfere with traffic flow. 3. Canopy and Fuel Island Pad a. Grade-Form-Pour appropriate tank pad for a 24’ x 30’ Canopy 26’x36’x 6” b. Excavate and pour (2) canopy footers 5’x 5’ c. Install (2) Dispenser sumps (see piping and containment section 4) d. Form and pour (1) 6” Radius 4’ wide x 12’ long island form e. Install (2) Bollards Horseshoe type on each end of dispenser Island 4. Piping and Containment a. Install transition sump at tank pad b. Install (2) Dispenser sumps at canopy pad c. Install Opw Flex pipe DW 1-1/2” d. Install Opw Dual Layer access chase pipe e. Install the required ball-Valves, shear valves, and bracket kits f. Install the required pipe entry and test fittings g. Hydro-Test sumps upon completion h. Air test lines i. Install Sump sensor in tank pad transition sump (see equipment list for specifics) 5. Equipment installation a. Install Tank Monitor devices on tank and verify proper levels b. Install Tank Overfill and sensor system on tank and verify operation c. Install Fuel Management system on Fuel Island and verify operation (upload customer database and verify operation) d. Startup dispensers check for leaks, provide calibration and confirm that the Fuel Management system controls dispensers e. Electrical hookups will be done by others
